We go to this pool often and have always found it to be really nice....personnel were always friendly...until yesterday...we my husband and I went to the changing rooms to get ready to change into out costums we went to put our clothes in a lock up...it took the money but would not close..but it did not return the 50 cents....my husband took another cupboard and we had our usual swim and on the way out he stopped at the reception and told the receptionist politely what had happened....and asked if he could get his money back.....and this very rude young lady refused to give the money back because it had been reported and it was fixed and she refused point blank to help....I have worked in customer service for years and if she was in my team she would have been fired....customer friendly she was not..the cupboard number was 109 and the time was between 10 and 11.30 and the day was the 28th.....the reason I am writing this in English is because I am so angry....now my question is does she have no respect for the elderly..the reason I am complaining this way is because I did not hear about it till we were on our way home.....
Very nice, small, clean with lot of people keeping area calm. Free umbrellas, cheap prices at bar. No alcohol inside.
A bit expensive if you don't get any discounts, especially since the pools are quite short.
