We always order for take-out, and now also delivery. Never too late and always nice and warm! Thank you, we are very satisfied

About 2 months ago we thought we had found a nice new place where we could go out for dinner every two weeks and order at least once a week. Until about 2 weeks ago actually only been during the week and / or ordered. And the experiences have always been fantastic. Friendly staff, a very nice owner (mimmo) and good food. It was also never made difficult about a pasta that could actually only be ordered on the restaurant menu for pick-up or delivery. This pasta cost 15.95 in the restaurant and I now paid 12 euros for it. Thought it was really good service. However, ordered for the first time at the weekend 2 weeks ago. When taking the order we had to repeat 3 times what our order was (pasta al Parmigiano and spare ribs) or we could not give the numbers because she did not know the card by heart. In the end it worked out, but you do not hang up the phone with a very satisfied feeling. Food was delivered 45 minutes later, which is very fast and good for weekends during rush hour. However, the spaghetti tasted a lot bland than during the week. And the spare ribs also had less flavor than my husband was used to. Then we told each other that we might not have to order more sweekends there, because it was visibly less quality and friendliness. Again, 12 euros was charged for the pasta. Yesterday came the day that I came home late with my son and didn't really feel like cooking anymore. Hence my choice to order from this restaurant despite our previous experience at the weekend. A second chance should always be possible, I thought. How I regret that. I place the order and I am asked again if I have no numbers. (is this a weekend thing or something?) I indicate that the Parmigiano is not on the pick-up / delivery card. But that it is always hit as a pasta of 12 euros. That I order that every week and that it is never a problem and that the kitchen is asked otherwise how it should be started. Then the guy who took my order walks to the kitchen to ask. I hear the co-owner (apparently Angelo) calling that is not possible and that is a restaurant pasta. So I explain again to that guy that I have really been ordering this for several weeks in a row. The boy explains it again and now it was suddenly possible, but it did not sound good. 45 minutes later my order is delivered and to my surprise I have to pay 4 euros more. I asked the delivery person that, but he couldn't tell me either. I then just settled, with the idea if we eat out this week. Then we will ask how that is now. However, when I opened my son's pizza to cut it, I immediately thought I saw that the pizza was not properly warm. Due to paying more and a cold pizza (which was also chewy) I decided to call. If either of these things had not been addressed then I would never have called but took this to the weekday owner. So I call and I submit my findings, purely to share my story. Because I was just fed up with it. It really did not have to be resolved immediately for me. If it had just been said, sorry to hear, we take this with us, I would have thought this was enough. However, they immediately walk to the kitchen and I can follow the entire conversation (I find this really unacceptable by the way) I hear that there is a complaint about paying more for a pasta and that the pizza is cold. Immediately I hear a loud voice (co-owner) that this is not possible because the pizza comes straight off the plate. Then I get the owner on the phone. And who is this is the first thing I hear. (then the conversation starts right away with a certain tone in my opinion) I tell my story and he doesn't let me finish. Then you shouldn't order pasta from the menu and the pizza cannot be cold because it comes straight from the plate. I thought this was so derogatory!
