We go frequently to Fontana and enjoy our stay every single time. The wellness facilities are great in a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant Waters of the World is excellent. Outstanding food and great staff in the restaurant! The service level is very high and the food has never disappointed. Also great to see they work with local products!
The meal was delicious. Nice, well thought out compilation! The friendly service and the good wine rounded off our spa day perfectly. Thank you and see you soon!

Last Sunday visited. The bath is super and the staff are friendly. But the food in the restaurant is very poor and pricey. I had a salad that didn't make me feel good. But if you look at the board then you didn't get happy. The lettuce comes ready-made from a bag, the accompanying fruits come from a can, I have not gotten good from goat's cheese or mushrooms. And then you also pay a main price for a simple salad. I have sent them an email about this but I have not received a response. I got away very well that day at bad nieuweschans, watch what you ordered there.
Presentation at a level that the flavors cannot live up to. Frozen appetizers !! Spinach foam that you can brush the shower with so spongy. Ice cream is frozen milk including crystallization. When indicated that they did not want cheese, they were served an amuse-bouche of blue cheese. Sesame crisps without flavor. Foams and mousses that you can't get out of.
After the first evening in this restaurant we were asked if we could switch from surprise menu to a la carte or brasserie (also for a fee) but was definitely not possible, #service.
It's a shame because the people are doing their best, and the rest of the resort is fine !!
