Good help for a nice price.

Wide choice, professional and a nice staff who think along and come up with a beautiful bouquet.
For years I regularly get flowers and also garden plants here. Nothing wrong with it. not the most modern thing, but these people have been working hard for years.
Only that is also good to notice, especially with Mrs. Her service level has dropped dramatically. Fresh new roses from the week but they were just not good. I can understand that, but if you go to the shop and show it, she always has reasons why the flowers are so, often more than I as a customer.
The way of approaching in these kinds of issues is not for her and you will not meet you!
Too bad, look at it but I do not buy plants with you anymore, you should see yourself on video then you are scared how you treat the customer.
If it becomes too much, put a nice young lady down or take care of policy if guests have a complaint about your flowers or retire. You will destroy your customer base because the lady for me was not happy Madame van den Born. Sin, a regular customer is not only nice when he comes to spend money. And I know what my service as Hospitality expert means with a large S content.
