Walk out of the store and be asked if I still want to pay for ff in a full store while I had already done that.

Selected the bridal bouquet from their site for our wedding. Indicating that the flowers in the bouquet had to be light pink, we have designated this color in the store at the time of ordering.
The bouquet was nothing like how they put it on the site and was very thin. There was more iron wire to see than flower. Also, the flowers were purple (or very bright pink) and not a light pink as we indicated. My corsage was the same color. The rest of the corsages were successful.
For the rest, the wedding was super!
Nice shop, friendly staff with a wide choice of plants, flowers and pots / vases.
Especially that variety of pots and vases is something you don't often find in the 'normal' flower shop these days. The prices are also very reasonable!
