Very dissatisfied. Recently walked in for a particular watch. They did not sell them and were not ordered. Ordered a watch somewhere else and walked in today to shorten the strap. I was then allowed to pay 14.50 for that. Personally I think that is a lot of money, I would still understand when the watch would be sold at their place. The lady on there was only a few minutes with it. Earned quickly. We lost them as a customer!
Complementing the question, it is a fossil smartwatch, I have only the women's model and that you do not sell, I was told of the week. But since my husband the men's model has purchased from you and I managed to shorten assumed that you could do that for me. And I understand very well that your time costs money, but for three minutes of work so many questions after I could not even buy the watch from you, that is what I wanted in the first instance. I think this amount is very exaggerated.
Buy a nice watch. You will succeed here.
