My daughter had ordered a bracelet for Mother's Day here. A number of things went wrong with regard to engraving. Unfortunately, but that can happen of course. I have made a complaint to Lucardi and it was answered quickly and picked up properly. I would be called by the shop manager / owner and this happened very early. I often experience that they indicate that they are going to call, but that often does not happen, and that is a pity. Here they have clearly made efforts to resolve the complaint. They even gave a discount because of the inconvenience. They have called and that is really more than most do. I am very satisfied with the way things are going! Gives confidence for next time. Big plus for this case. Acted nicely. Apart from that, the bracelet has arrived on time despite new engraving! (for mother's day)
