Bought a silver bracelet, after 12 days it already came loose (broken), very poor quality and they came with a scant 50% discount on the next purchase. If a product breaks so quickly, you as a customer can expect a little more.

Ordered a personalized necklace here. There is a factory error here and now it is 2 cm longer. Now my chain hangs over the chain I already had. I had indicated that I wanted the chain above it, unfortunately I was not listened to.
