Very satisfied with the help with the selection and the shoes. My children walked on it until they grew out of it.

We bought shoes for my boyfriend 1.5 years ago. Which have been worn for a total of 2 months. During the week he wears work shoes and often also other shoes during the weekend. Yet this solid shoe broke, the sole let go. After doing things twice in the store, the shoe is still made, which seems logical to me because a solid shoe really should last a number of years, especially when you are careful with your shoes and wear them little. When picking up the shoe, the saleswoman said with an unfriendly attitude that her boss had "stroked his heart" to have the shoe made. She gave me the last word, the shoe was made, that was what it was all about, but I am no longer going to buy shoes like I did before. If you hit a bad shoe once, and you have it for more than 3 months, I don't know if the boss can go back on his heart to offer a good, appropriate service .. legal guarantee on decent products and customer focus seems to far away to look for trousers if you come back with a breakdown shoe. I myself have worked for a couple of years at a shoe giant, even with the most inexpensive broken shoes we simply provided a top service with a friendly smile so that the customers just kept coming back.
