I called at 9:00 in the morning to have a cab pick us up at 11:30. We had a train to catch in Amersfoort CS and had many bags. They didn't show up by 11:35, so I called them, they said they were on their way. 11:45 came around and still no one showed up! I called and tried to cancel and the man on the phone sounded frantic. They never showed up. We caught the train in an other way in such short time. Would not recomend their service to anyone.
We had to pay in advance for the outward and return journey. Would be picked up at 11.30 pm but unfortunately there was no taxi at the agreed time and place. Then a call was made to the driver who suggested that we take a different taxi or wait where there would be a fee if we were to take another taxi. We have taken another taxi as we would have to wait outside without coats. Money for the return trip neatly received back from valley taxi in accordance with agreement.
Very satisfied and always nice conversations
I was in Corfu and wanted to use the services of Valley Taxi. To begin with I reported an incorrect landing time due to incorrect information, but Vallei Taxi called me to inform me about this incorrect information. Later it turned out that part of the new Eindhoven Airport parking garage had collapsed that same evening, which for the upcoming travelers caused a lot of inconvenience due to the closure of the site. No victims to report and something makes up for it!
The driver guided me seamlessly by phone to where he was.
The ride was fast and very enjoyable, so my compliments!
