Stuck on a dirty, small, hot bus for 4 and 1/2 days from Amsterdam to Venice with stops in Cologne, Hiedelberg, Lucerne, Lake Como, and Verona. The bigger problem was the bus was a standard shift bus that the driver drove like a military truck. We were constantly being tossed back and forth like rag dolls as the driver took off and breaked with the heaviest foot I've ever experienced. He made curves and lane changes like us passengers were sacks of potatoes instead of human tourists who paid money to ride with him. The bus itself was the smallest bus they could give us with not enough room for the luggage of the 33 tourist, 1 tour guide, and the driver. We ended up having to put some luggage in the one open seat and it constantly would fall down on the passenger sitting next to it, which to my understanding is illegal in Europe. The bus was also filthy with cob webs and ripped headrests. Not to mention the lack of arm rests in the middle of seats or on the window. If you are a tour company DO NOT USE this company, especially on a Luxury tour of Europe. You risk losing customers like me who will never use the tour company that booked this bus again.

And ... a mistake with the index finger is easily made. And so you can go from 1 to 5 stars in a short time. I have never rented a bus from Besseling. But I certainly have the experience with the professional drivers. And what toppers they are. Just like those toppers from POUW VERVOER!

The trip to Münster went well Only having to stay in and on the Christmas market from 12.30 to 21.30 is a horror.

We enjoyed our trip to Disney Land Paris. The bus and driver was great. Nothing was too much for Arno and he had a click with our target group, namely young people with a physical or mental disability!
