These guy's are always looking for ways to reap you off. There is always some thing extra that needs to be done and which is very expensive. Simply disgusted

We all know Kwik Fit, it's not a small niche business. It is located right next to my office, so really handy for me when in need of small standard checks or fixes. Prices can be a tad stip at times, but on the other end, I came last year for my AC and the team diagnosed a rather big malfunction which they were not able to address themselves. Despite the time and work they had put into refilling and testing the AC system to later diagnose the problem, when I asked for the bill I have been told it was on the house, with the justification that I had a major problem and should seek the advise of my trusted mechanic. This is to me a great show of customer oriented attitude!!!

Worst customer service ever. We had an appointment for our summer tyres to be put on. We received the email reminder the day before the appointment. My husband arrived on time for the appointment to be told by the guy on reception that the appointment was cancelled due to staff sickness. He said he had tried to call a few days earlier. Clearly, he did not try emailing and/ or cancelling the appointment through the reservations system as we still received a reminder for the appointment. The guy just couldn’t care less about the inconvenience and was unable to offfer a new appointment anytime soon. Totally outrageous and would not recommend that you do business with this organisation.

My AC didn't work so I booked a time to fill the AC coolant. Went there and waited for 30 minutes to get the information that they couldn't fill the fluid. It would have been great to have that info while booking. As in before spending 30 min driving there, 30 min waiting and 30 min driving home. 1.5h waisted.
