Nice staff
Last Friday after being helped very well by Gert, we picked up our new Toyota. Everything was ready as agreed. Gert told us that he had only ordered new mats because the mats that were now in there were no longer possible, he thought. That's service. In short, after a cup of coffee, etc. we left for home. At home we saw some very small dents. We contacted Gert who responded immediately and we got the address of a company in Blaricum where things will be remedied. We have now made an appointment there and that is all right. (I'll come back to 0
We definitely recommend this company, were helped very friendly, the agreements made and even more than that. And what is important is good prices on both the trade-in and the sale.
Made an appointment to test drive at 9 o'clock in the morning. When I got into the car and looked through the advertisement where I had to go, I saw that the car was already sold. Gert did not let us know and neither did his colleagues.
Edit: I see they have responded to this. I could come earlier, but then they couldn't themselves. The car was sold on Wednesday so how difficult could it have been to send me a message on Wednesday?
