SCANDALOUS!! Today I called for a taxi. Also told that my mother had become unwell and I wanted to go there asap. They said a taxi could come after about 35 to 40 minutes. I said I would wait. After 75 minutes (!!!!) they weren't there yet. I called, they picked up the phone but hung up immediately. After another 5 minutes I called again, and the phone just rang but again they hung up !! Not even having the decency and guts to answer the phone to indicate that they would not make it to come, or rather call myself to cancel so that I would not wait 1.5 hours. Friends and relatives (and I have sent that a lot) an app and explained everything so that they NEVER have to order a taxi from this company.
