Both men excel in reasonableness, service orientation and cooperation. The car that I had bought turned out to have problems with shifting in the city and the engine also occasionally faltered. They investigated this themselves and found nothing. Nevertheless, I was offered 2 options, money back or other car. Due to the reliable course of action, which I certainly do not encounter in every garage, I have decided to take a different Focus in the knowledge that I can trust that, in the event of problems, RJ Automotive will do everything possible within reasonable to remedy it. In short, for every next occasion I will first look here and pass this message on to third parties.
