Very unfriendly lady. She "had to" charge 17.50 to take a link from a watch (tip for the owner: things like this come from people in the neighborhood, which you often want to have in your shop). After a big expense for a piece of jewelry, that link was for nothing. Actually regret that I bought something. Will now leave the tent to the left.

Absolutely unprofessional matter! Replacing the battery of a Casio Mudmaster watch? What do you get? More than half an hour of waiting, 4 attempts to get all the buttons working - failed -, reporting that the watch was already broken and, incidentally, there would have been a ball of hair in it. How is that possible? And convex hairs, larger than the watch itself and this was 200m dust and watertight! In the end I was allowed to pay 12.50 Euros for a battery and return home with a ruined watch. Just screwed open herself, put it back together neatly, et voilà: she did it again! In this case they may be able to sell things for a good price, but you will certainly not come across service and technical understanding - even for the simplest of tasks!

The worst jeweler I have ever had! I spent a pin here at the end of last year to solder. This would cost 7 euros 50. This was a lot of money for soldering, but I did not have a soldering machine myself, so I agreed. After a week I got my call that it was ready. When I went to look they had soldered the pin skewed on the head. This can happen I thought then as you have to know what it looks like to get it. The pin was sent back and I had to wait another week. When I was called again and could come to pick him up, they had soldered the pin upside down. The pin is a Helmet and it should be in a certain way. After a disappointment I agreed again that it was returned to the solder. I was a week further and could actually pick it up now. This time it was actually sufficient and I was curious what to count. After all miscommunication and errors, I assumed that there would be an allowance. Unfortunately, this turned out to be wrong. They did the opposite ... I had to pay 12.50. Because it would be silverware. (This was told to me in the beginning that it was absolutely no precious metal.) After this news, I have had something fixed for the first and last time and for this reason alone I will never buy anything here. Afrader.
