Excellent dining, high quality cuisine and inspiring & surprising tastes and techniques. Only three stars, due to two important minors.The wine arrangement is simply too expensive: your glass is 'wetted' (small amount) with wines that are bland or mediocre at best, but you pay a premium. This is a general problem I see more often in Dutch restaurants. Second, paying a hefty supplement for a cheese plate that replaces a dessert but mainly contains dice-shaped crumble cheese from Holland feels a bit like easy money. Overall, a great experience, but recommended to stay away from the extras.

Incredible experience, including the cheese tasting plate. A must-visit gastronomy restarant in a suburb outside Utrecht.
