The staff have decent attitude and are not helpful. There is a hassle every time through the covid rules, it is unclear and it seems ad hoc made up. Recently my girlfriend was not allowed to come in with me because otherwise other people would not have the opportunity to buy something. Well, you know I won't buy anything.

The worst experience I've ever been on. Today I planned to spend € 100 in this store, but things turned out differently. There is a traffic light outside and we wait there until the traffic light went green after two people walked out. So the two of us went in, because two people went out so the two of us could go in. Then we are approached by this man in the store that I had to go out as a 20-year-old (in a very rude way) because I would be a minor and because only one person at a time when the traffic light turns green is allowed to enter. there are just two people outside so we thought the traffic light will turn green so we can go in with two (we are not imbiciles who cannot think). The employee says in an extremely rude way that I have to leave the store. Then we answer that he could also normally have asked for an ID to check this, to which the answer is that this is only done at the checkout. I ended up leaving the store without buying anything thanks to this extremely rude behavior and non-existent customer friendliness. The employee does not say sorry, but says that there are all rules with the Covid now and that that is very annoying. Point 1: we didn't break any Covid rules, we waited neatly to get in. Point 2: I am not a minor so why is that incredibly rude behavior ?! Well I will never come here again! And this in the month of December, no Christmas spirit and certainly no customer service

Beautiful liquor store, wide range and very nice staff.

Depends on who is working. But in general I receive very good and nice help
