Unfortunately not satisfied with the after sales. Cash register is sent to the sports park. there is of course not a volunteer present 24/7 so pick up the whole thing at a pick up point. It was expected to be connected by a mechanic. No we have to do that ourselves because it is easy with the helpdesk by phone. In the meantime, after pulling 2 cables and not having a working cash register two weeks later and having contacted 12 different women / men on the line or email, I will try again tomorrow. If the system works well when we get it working, there is still a lot to do to change this review.

Have been waiting for half a year for them to call me back as the cash register system no longer fits our company. Called every month and sent email but never had an answer. Don't take a cash register or software system from Twelve, GELDWOLVEN. Customer service is 0 Staff is 0 System is dredging, no clear overview

Quality cash register system with extremely good service TOP.

As a football club with nearly 800 members, we thought it was time to monitor and automate canteen sales and consumption. The assignment was a cash register system with possibilities to be able to process stock and membership cards with a payment option. In addition, it was a must to be able to read the back office information directly into the accounting. After taking a closer look at various systems, the Le Credit Sportif system emerged the most positively. After a few discussions and a demonstration, we proceeded to purchase. We have opted for a phased introduction. First set up the cash register and work with our 75 volunteers. After half a year we have set up the stock module and we now enjoy working with it. Now it's time for the club pass, and soon all members and sponsors will receive a pass that not only allows them to show that they are members of our association but can also pay with the pass. This will be an improvement in the processing speed when paying and moreover ensure that we have much less cash at the club with all the associated benefits. The contact with Le Credit Sportif is pleasant and you will be helped quickly if you have any questions. The system is trouble free and is very easy to operate. Even older volunteers can work effortlessly with the system.
