Far better than past few years. They have started to invest in better airport infrastructure. Very fast internet.

Mostly crowded during flight hours, esp during delay hours there is no place to sit. All you have to do is stand. The coffee shop is not for all due to pricing. So bring some snacks if delay is expected. It is good that there is free Internet access here.

It was an amazing experience. Ground Staff of Buddha Air Mr. Tilak Bahadur Karki. was very helpful. We have my baby, which he helped us. swiftly. Needed such amazing staff, which gives good experience for the people who come from foreign. Thanks to him and Buddha Air Team. that graces his Professional and Humbleness. Kudos
