I came to Dhulikel to have some respite after helping build a house in Bhakundebesi. I was broken (physically), so I decided to try and find somewhere to have a massage and sauna to help heal. Suman and the Aayurvedic Wellness SPA came highly recommended, so I decided to give him a go. I had the ancient massage which took an hour and a half. I can honestly say that Suman gave me the best massage I have ever had! He was extremely polite and professional, and uses a combination of techniques, intuitively applied. The environement was beautiful, warm and calming, and the Sauna was amazing (especially needed in Nepal in January). It was one of those rare massages that, two or three days later, leaves you feeling like you are floating. He worked with energy and meridian points, as well as deep tissue massage and my back and knee aches were measurably better following the massage. I came back for a second massage two weeks later, after we had finished the build and would highly recommend his services to anyone - male or female. What a treat! I wish he worked in London :)
