Villa Paraiso Resort & Waterpark

Stayed there for 2 nights last week for a meeting. The shower room in the Superior Twin Room has no built-in place for soap or shampoo. When I couldn't find where to put my soap while in the shower I just placed it beside the sliding door. Also, we ordered snacks good for 15 pax for the following morning and paid in advance but only just about 4 or 5 (out of 15) were able to partake. When we called them up to ask what happened to our snacks they just said the foods were in their ref and forgot to serve.

Great waterpark, but unfortunately only open in the weekend

Great service and staff! Also they serve delicious Crispy Banana with cheese.. their Water Adventure opens at 12noon.

Good food. Good price and rates.
