BDO San Pedro have the best Customer service compared to this branch. Teller should and must be trained to be a customer oriented to practice good customer service. But sadly, I just only seen limited staffs that processed those traits (good customer service and wearing smile).. And the others, are maybe not in a mood to assist some clients. The Office is good and spacious, the security is okay. I feel secured but some teller maybe i will reconsider to give it 4stars if you trained frontliners how to become hospitable and customer oriented.. Looking forward to it.
