This place is AMAZING! It has an elegant feel but isn’t intimidating. It’s actually very welcoming. The soft jazz music is very relaxing and perfect for dining and conversing with others in your dinner party. There’s inside seating if you crave air conditioning, and also an outside patio. The staff is very knowledgeable about their menu and very friendly. You’ll probably find yourself talking with the owner, Chris, who’s personable and has been on site every time I’ve been here. Now let’s get to the food. The ingredients are all high quality and from my experiences, I can attest to the fact that everything is made from scratch. I’m American and I’ve had some amazing bacon cheese burgers before but this one is to die for! Exceptional flavor!! I was actually surprised and delighted at the same time! If you haven’t dined here yet, you’re missing out on some of the best food in Puerto Princesa. This place is perfect for a “date night” with your significant other! Enjoy!!
