Removed 3 stars after a recent experience. Every service agent has break together at 10am, leaving their customers waiting! Not good management and not expected from a professional company. Also, always check your quote, as they sneak in 'engine detailing' which annoyed me and is a waste of money. They also told me the air filter needed changing, which I checked and was fine, after refusing their offer. This is the practice of a backstreet garage, and seems to be happening only recently - perhaps new management?? Would still recommend this place over local garages based on my other experiences (even worse), but things might change if they don't take care of their customers a little better. Just always check the quote and refuse 'extra work' if you know about cars or can get a second opinion.
