They really have no idea about product or even try to cheat. Asked for Maxxis RAZR MT-772 275/65R18 tires, but they fist tried to offer H/T Bridgestone, and then MT-772 275/60R18 which does not exists (yes, I confirmed with Maxxis). So they either have no idea about what they are doing or selling outright fakes.
