I need a service technician for my Samsung Washing Machine. I sent them emails, SMS and made phone calls since Feb 22, 2020. Was promised that a service tech will be sent but until now I heard nothing from them. Kung meron lang sana ibang service center hindi ko na kayo aasahan pa.

just came in. not yet tried if my remote is ok. charge of payment costly a bit for cleaning. but anyway, hope everythings good.

honors warranties but beyond that (and not a day more), you're on your own. will not even offer info how to fix or find other service shops both in PPC and/or manila so they can get that extra sale or repair costs.
