Lots of construction items to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Location is within the City proper Due to covid, they implemented safety measures for the benefit of their customers and employees.

Bought an item that turned out to be the wrong one. I had it returned/exchanged. The item they had available was of lesser value, therefore, I due a refund. It took a while to establish this fact (Returns and Exchanges are allowed- clearly stated on the receipt.), they agreed to refund me the difference, then told me that since it was a credit card purchase they would only offer an in-house credit. Refund, means refund, cash or credit card...after talking to a couple of people and what seemed an hour later- going thru hoops and jumps - I finally got my refund. Extremely horrible customer service - Citi Hardware and Ace Hardware here I come! They don't deserve my business in the future; willey management rules...felt bad for associates merely following rules...bad rules.
