Oh. My. God. Have patience. After an excruciating stretched muscle caught in my shoulder joint, i have had to wait 5 hours yesterday for an MRI (paid an incredible amount!) And another 5 hours today only to find out that results are only available next week. Wow. Absolutely minimal effective communication here, where it is essentially needed the most. Dont get hurt in Palawan.

What a joke of a hospital. A doctor misdiagnosed me and told me to simply “eat healthier” and another doctor tried to guilt trip me. You can’t make this stuff up. If you need actual help, fly to Manila or Taipei.

Not allowing a husband to support his wife during birth is WRONG. You have robbed me of a once in a lifetime experience with my wife. Shameful.

It all took a bit of time (as is normal here), but service was great, lovely people and very fair pricing. X-ray 660 peso, MRI partial (brain, chest, neck, whatever you want) 10k-14k peso. See a doctor, 350 peso. 5 stars for sure. Do not forget to eat at the vegetarian restaurant on site when it’s open! It’s very good!

This hospital was a godsend. Our baby spent three days here with pneumonia. The staff is so nice and the private room was very affordable. We cannot express our appreciation enough. If you are here on vacation, this is the place to come. The ER wait was fairly short and the x-rays and bloodwork came out very quickly.
