Our pizza order simply did not arrive TWICE. The customer service on messenger is useless and sometimes it takes a day for them to reply. On the phone they are super lovely and friendly, but the organization/management seems very bad. Eventually, when they arrived on the third try (obviously free of charge), the pizzas weren’t warm and weren’t delicious at all. I had to take many pieces of beef out of my mouth because they were rubbery. The sauce of the Texas chicken bbq was horrible. Honestly it was the worst pizza experience we’ve ever had.
