Great place to shop and lots of food choices at all price ranges. While they have a lot of parking, it's so tight and difficult to maneuver in and out unless you're driving a very tiny vehicle. The grocery could definitely use more cashiers.

I really have mixed feelings about the place. It's very convenient, has all the amenities that you would take for granted, you could be in a shopping centre in Europe. On the whole its good though.

The staff at Handyman need to speak and understand English a lot better! I asked two people if they sold Rope, or cord in the store! Neither understood my request so I walked out and went somewhere else ! Now Puerto is an International City and has many English speaking visitors and residents! Big shopping malls like Robinson's should be able to cater for these circumstances! Tagalog is not an International language as such and is not recognised much outside of the Philippines whereas English is and is the language used in business transactions so staff should be trained and tested for their ability to speak English fluently and any other languages that they could pick up, like French, German, Chinese etc.It would certainly help to increase customer satisfaction !
