Peaceful, quiet, homely, affordable, and super nice caretakers. My home in Puerto Princesa. And the pool is a big plus.

I had no difficulty in finding the place as tricycles from airport and around the area seem to know the location. What bummed me when I met the host (might be mother of what's listed here) was she was kind of hesitant to give me the room bcoz she only knew about Agoda and Airbnb. I showed her the booking confirmation and she asked me how she could get my payment. I told her I paid thru credit card and she's still quite worried how they will get the payment. Eventually, she ushered me to the room that was shown in the pic. The room was nice and big but it has no airconditioned (which was fine for me) but the ceiling fan was too noisy and I couldn't always use it. The main door can't be locked as well so I worried that someone might come in and steal some stuff. Thankfully, Puerto Princesa is safe in general and that worry eventualy faded. Another problem is that the WiFi can't be reached in this room. You have to go outside to connect which is another bummer coz I have to work online. For several days, I was the only guest in the whole pension house which is kinda cool but also made me wonder why there aren't many people coming to that place. It's pretty far from the highway and it's a bit difficult to find tricycles that could take you to restaurants. You have to ride 2 or 3 tricycles just to reach Rizal avenue lr Malvar road. The breakfast served was only a 3choice of hotdogs, tocino, and longanisa. They have no menu. It feelt like you are just living in a family. I had to go somewhere just to find some nice food to eat. I'm alright with the place overall but for convenience, I will not book it again. Ps. They have a pool which is my one fave thing about the place.

Far from the main road. It says they have pool but when we arrived, it has no water at all... Sad... The Staff is kind and its a quiet place.

Real gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the city, only a 3 min trike to the shopping mall the caretaker is super friendly and helpful also cooked meals so good you won't want to leave. Air conditioning available a great location and value for money.

Oasis garden with a swimming pool, north of Puerto princesses. Bungalows are big and clean. At the time I was here it was no water but a huge full bucket of water was provide. Small store for cheap beer just at the gate. 1.5 km from Robinson.
