Our tour with this agency is just fine and run smoothly. Our tour guide take care of us well. I think that mangrove and zipline side tour offer is not really compulsory if you have the patience to wait until the guide finishes the registration procedure as he told us in advance. Besides just consider it helping the locals with those additional activities since tourism is the main business of the province. My advice for other tourist is just be patient and open-minded for inevitable circumstances while visiting other places and don't bring some impossible expectations with you so that you won't get disappointed and waste your precious time to enjoy your vacation. One Star because: - the Van was more than one hour late - the “lunch” was at 10:30! - the guide, Joy, tried to sell us extra tours, when we didn’t buy them he became really unfriendly - we waited 2 hours in the rain for our boat - we waited another hour at the entrance We didn’t see our guide anymore. After what started at 7:30 in the morning and ended at 17:00, we actually were in the cave for 30 to 40 minutes (and it was wirth it). Just book the tour with another company.

** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ** We had the worst tour imaginable! They first made us wake up at 6am and then didn't arrive to pick us up till 7. We were then promised by the tour guide that he would wait in the queue for the underground river at 9am whilst we went off and do another activity (that wasn't even included in the price of the tour). This did not happen! When we returned from the activity and lunch (which was at 10 30 and we were rushed through it!) we were not in the queue. We ended up having to wait for 4 hours to get into the underground river!!! And to add to all of this our tour guide was nowhere to be seen and nothing was explained to us the whole day!!! He eventually turned up again and had the cheek to then try and rush us through the rest of the tour! To say that we we angry at the service that we received is an understatement. All though the tour of the ungerground river was good the whole day was ruined by this tour company. They even refused to give us any sort of refund at the end of it all! Overall we received shocking customer service and I would avoid using this company at all costs!!!!

THE WORST DAY I HAD IN THE PHILIPPINES! If I could give 0 I would! Genuinely horrific day from beginning to end, long story but wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy! We used the underground river day tour and after initially telling us they would pick us up at 7.15 they messaged us late the night before telling us to be ready at 6am, not ideal but fine. We were ready at 6 and it was nearly 7 before our driver, who didn’t speak English or attempt to apologise, picked us up. Then, around 8 in Sabang we met our actual guide who told us he would go and wait in the queue at the underground river for us and told us we had to do an additional activity in the meantime so we paid another P350 each to do a mangrove tour and he disappeared. After the tour we were taken by the driver, mainly directed by aggressive had signals, to our included lunch at 10:30am?? We didn’t eat properly because it was far too early and around 11:30 were rushed away from the lunch supposedly to the underground river tour. We arrived and our tour guide was no where to be seen and the driver was seen frustratedly talking to the Filipinos on our tour, the Filipino people on our tour then explained to us we have to wait another hour because we weren’t in the queue, okay fine but why did they rush us from lunch and where is our English speaking guide?? We waited until around 2pm when our tour guide finally returned after deserting us and told us we had to wait another hour until our number was called. Finally after about 4 hours of waiting when everyone was frustrated tired and hungry we made it onto the underground river. Our guide then had the audacity to try and rush us through the tour (which was actually very good)! We didn’t get dropped off til 7pm, most of the day we had no explanation to what was going on and the tour guide offered no apologies throughout the day. So the next day we went back and asked for some sort of compensation for the exhausting day and were LAUGHED at by the office staff and told that once they took our money, it didn’t matter what happened and we were getting nothing back. Horrific company that does not care for customer service at all. DO NOT USE.

We did three tours with advil travel and tours and they were all 3 excellent! The first one went to the underground rivers (underground river) they were punctual, they gave us what was promised, the guide was super and knew a lot and the walk along the rivers was very nice! Then we took with them the tour A and C in the nest and everything went perfect! I recommend them !!! Vilma who works at the agency very good !!!!
