Most disgusting hotel ever. Horrible service. Horrible view. 1/10 cleanliness I wish I could give 0 stars. I told the management that there are insects in my room but she thinks Im lying to the point that I have to take a picture of every single one of them. I also told them that the drainage has a disgusting smell but when the maintenance came to check he just shouted at me multiple times. I also showed him the pictures of the flies in the room but he didn’t believe me. The pillow has marks of saliva in it. Regardless of a hotels room rate or location, all guests have the right to expect good levels of cleanliness. If you plan on staying here make sure to bring a pillow and your insect killer. I got lucky a friend of mine brought me an electric insect killer during my stay

Really good! It is well located, close to a big shopping mall. The deluxe room is very spacious, and the gym is great! Recommended!

Big room and spacious. We stayed for seven days and on the fifth day my boyfriend got a bad case of allergy. He's been coughing a lot. He normally gets this kind of reaction when there is a mold inside the room or when it's dirty. That's the bad part of this hotel. They don't use a vacuum cleaner when making up the room which they SHOULD do because most of the floor has thick carpet. Even the carpeted hallway to the rooms and to the restaurant are literally DIRTY and really need a good cleaning. Inside the room we can see hair and dust all over and the smell was quite obvious. Breakfast was so-so. Food usually is for Filipinos.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Shower had good pressure. Nice to have a desk and big TV with plenty of channels. Fridge, kettle, and fan were all a plus. Breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options. Some better than others. The supermarket downstairs was very convenient. Very nice to have a gym in the complex. Free airport transfer was very much appreciated. Cons: Safe in room didn’t work. The “balcony” area was odd and didn’t offer much. The lighting in the room could have been better. There was no natural light, so better lighting would have been appreciated.
