I had a great experience staying here. The staff are good and the receptionist, clarence is very approachable. They acknowledge PWD discount here. The lounge is clean and very cozy. Every dime you pay here is worth it. The breakfast is also good. The phone signal inside is a bit weak, smoking is not allowed inside the room which is good. The hallway is clean and there's also a seat. I leave the 1 star as a room for improvement. 👍

Smelled like sewer on the 3rd night of my stay. No other options for breakfast. The only redeeming factor is decent shower and a comfy bed to sleep in.

Comfortable rooms, very polite attendants. Mall is just beside the hotel, accessible to buy goods, watch movies or dine in.

It's a basic hotel centrally located in Ilagan, Isabela. Bad experience though cause when they had a power interruption today, they are not ready to handle such situation. It took them forever to fix their generator. I was forced to take a bath with no light and no hot water.

They gave me a room right next to the lobby. I asked if it was quiet there, they assured me it was. There are glass doors that lead from the lobby. I woke up at 6:30am to the girls yelling across the lobby to each other. I went to the front the desk and asked them to keep it down. Which they did for maybe 10 minutes. Other than that, it's a nice hotel.
