The rooms are comparable to most hotels in Manila and Tuguegarao, so clean and ideal place to stay. But the rate is what I love the most. It's very affordable 😍😍😍

I was there last july, and the place was clean, comfortable enough and the staff were remarkably friendly and easy to talk with. Food was also good.. Awesome discounts were also given to regular guests.. You just need to figure out how to speak your self out.. I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting the small town of ballesteros.

My family and I loved this boutique hotel - what a gem! Everything was perfect: the service was impeccable, the food and drinks delicious, the pool gorgeous and refreshing, and the rooms and lobby very clean and chic. And don’t miss the fashionable little clothing shop called Kat and Marie, connected to the hotel. Family friendly and so hospitable, we would highly recommend checking it out even if it is off the typical tourist path. Being from New York City, I didn’t expect such a high level of service in a small coastal town far from Manila. Easy walking distance from the beach is an extra plus. Thank you to our lovely hotel hosts Alyssa and Katrina, and the whole friendly town of Ballesteros!

HOTEL ALYSS @ BALLESTEROS Nice place to stay @ Ballesteros, near our working place, new build hotel near rose an inn and ballesteros town hall. Near also ballesteros beach. Steong wifi signal, some room have few tv channels, affordble room rates, have restaurant open as you can order food nd borrow some utensil if you want..have water dispenser ready cold and hot for coffee drinks. Hot and cold shower as well, cold aircon with swimming pool. Nice room and clean. No security guard on duty, have a lot parking space, can service events you want. Cctv ready also in corners.
