At first i am not satisfied but eventually as time and days goes by they are because i even went 3x just to make a withdrawal of my grandmas pension but now they are acommodating and friendly already.. and very helpful as well.. keep up the faith and thank you landbank lucena...

Very slow processing even though they have a queuing system. You can't even rely on their ATMs.
