Batanes Provincial Capitol

If you traveling yourself, visit there. You gotta pay for environmental ticket(P100) and eco tourism pamphlet(P350) Most of places, such as Lighthouses and Sabtang, they check it front of the entrances, so just get it when you arrive in Basco. Save your time.

Place is good for biking and strolling, and infact just near Basco port. Great people around, make sure you pay necessary tourist fees here!

A very unique experience. Great views! Especially great people! We got so many extras when we were there like getting invited for dinner after a water refill, getting additional tour hours for free from a jeepney we rented, and receiving occational gifts of garlic and dried flying fish back here in Bacolod from a local who became a friend. Clean, peaceful and simple. A very tranquil place offering great adventures

Still has Spain's coat of arms. Smallesque capitol in the busiest portion of a very quiet town. Perhaps provides a flashback to what it once was in the rest of the other provinces.
