If you are a frugal (or practical) traveler, this place is for you. Dorm type lodging that has complete amenities, will even let you cook your own food! Beware of the toilet on the ground floor though..

First off take note this is a home stay and not a hotel or even a pension house. The owner is very helpful and chill. The room is comfy enough and for the price which is very affordable it's worth it. They have a pretty huge balcony where you can spend the afternoon once you're done with your tours. It's very windy there and good for just hanging out. Take note Basco is a very small town so there is nothing much to do once your tour is done. I didn't get the name of the owner but thank you for being very helpful.

I stayed in this place for 3 days during my stay in Batanes. The place is budget friendly. Its a cozy place to stay.

Nanay Linda, the owner is very sweet and showed the "mother" attitude to us. Helping us about travel tips and transpo. She's very nice and talkative. The place is one of the cheapest in town, I guess. She owns a sari2x store, you can cook because the 2nd floor has it's own kitchen, and toilet (for all occupants' use). She has a huge balcony where you can hangout and enjoy fresh air. Restaurants are near. Room is clean. Aircon for 1k. Only 4 rooms so it's not crowded. The rooms' wall are made of plywood i guess so you can easily hear the noise from another room. Luckily it was quiet during our stay. Recommended.
