A very nice and welcoming house. A home away from home. It is three storey house, the first floor is exclusive for the owner and the 2nd and 3rd floors are available for renting. There are couples room with its own bathroom and room good for three persons. Breakfast is served. It has a good common living space with tv and a terrace. The price is very affordable. The location are near the church, the provincial and municipal building, near the plaza where u can buy foods and souvenirs, near the hospital, and near to other etablishments.

This homestay is perfect for group, solo, family and couple who wish to stay in the town of batanes. It is so accessible to the airport, restaurants, lighthouse and the rolling hill. It is a 3 storey building at the back of the church near the hospital and the police station. We walked 20-30 mins from the homestay to the lighthouse and 30-40mins from the homestay to the rolling hill. Tita necy's homestay is near the SMART cellphone tower, so if you can't live without your cellphone this is the right spot to stay. Their family was very hospitable and accomodating. You can cook or ask them to cook breakfast for you. They have free drinking water and you can watch TV in the common area. They have common bathroom aside from the bathroom inside your room. They have home prepaid wifi, you can use it for free (most of the establishments in batanes doesn't have stable internet connection like DSL or fiber since they are somehow isolated). They can pick you up and drop you off to the airport just let tita necy know your flight departure and arrival. Note: always be polite, respectful and clean. Dius Mamajes!
