Nice and accomodating staff. They also offer star gazing for their guest. A 10 minute walk from Vatan, you can find a public beach where locals swims and play. Accessible to all like hospital, convenience store, Police Station, City Council office and public transportation. Child friendly Inn.

Place is clean and staff are kind and accommodating. They also offer tours around Ivatan Island and Sabtang Island.

TOUR PACKAGE: I recently had my Batanes trip last month. Like many, I was looking forward to that trip because of its stunning view and well-marketed "mababait" locals. This entire trip was full of frustrations and stress. Similar to the post I saw on this page, I would like to call out the mismanagement of Vatan Inn during my stay. I have booked my tour months prior and it was unacceptable to experience such hassle. They never advise the guests on the following: 1) Call time 2) Itinerary 3) Payment. There is a clear disconnect from the receptionist named Frederick to the certain Jovar/Jover who happens to be the owner "daw". Your service sucks and I agree that if it's not on your ATV units, your business will flunk. May I remind you that YOU ARE SELLING EXPERIENCE, so every guest is expecting best if not excellent experience NOT OTHERWISE. I will definitely not recommend this tour agency to anyone who would like to have their money worth!!

I was in Batanes a week ago and got the services of Vatann Inn for the ATV tour. And contrary to all other comments here, I did not felt the "maasikaso" part of Jover and his team. Coordination of Jover and this certain Frederick who happens to be the front desk was very very poor. They did not advised us of instructions and kept us waiting that night we were suppose to have our star gazing tour. Frederick gave an answer of "wala kasi akong load" the reason we were not able to advise you. WTF! You are in business and we paid for the services (without asking for a discount) so we expect you give the full service we paid for. Not to mention we were just staying a few blocks or streets away from them. No load means you walk and go straight to our place and let us know so we don't wait. If not just for your ATV, your business and how you take care of your customers totally sucks! What a nightmare to transact business with you guys!
