It was holy week at starmall Alabang terminal. No order at all. Total chaos. Don't do it. We went on catastrophic zombie run to get in one of their buses and as soon as we got in one, the windows were shut and the airconditioning wasnt turned on. The bus was already crowded and it got to the point where the air was suffocating. They turned it on after several complaints from passengers and did it with a squammy attitude. Extremely bad service. Commuting is hell. Don't do it. Stay at home with your cats and have a peaceful night. P&O should do something about this. Or someone reliable i dunno.

I just saw bus operators picking passengers. The bus is not yet full as I saw the seat plan. I went up but stopped from coming from Naga going to Calauag just my travel. Naga to Cubao passengers and operators only want to carry their passengers. Or PAY AN EQUIVALENT FARE (Naga to Cubao) even though they know that your mouth is just Calauag. Suspicious system. Experts. They know that many passengers cause it's Holy Saturday. Wasted appetite.
