You can't book most buses online. Even the ones you can book it's not a real booking. They say you must go 1h before departure (!) or you might lose your seat. And you must print the ticket or you need to buy a new one. I'm a traveler, don't have a printer, and had to buy a new one (buying a small printer to place in the office to help a traveler, no?)

One of the best transpo if your bound to the north. All bus is air conditioned 24/7. And bus are always fresh smelling. Waiting area is air conditioned too. On peak seasons theres an option to book online to avoid the long wait or buy tickets in the terminal ahead of time.
