We are travelling back to dubai and to going airport at February 5,2020 , The conductor of bus #7843 going sta.cruz to LRT Buendia was trying to scam us, He was asking us to pay our luggage for P100 per box. And not allowing us to ride the bus If we cannot pay,(we have 4 boxes ) We ride the second bus and ask if that was really their rules, and they said it was not, its not allow to ask payment for the luggage, Hope your company teach this guy a lesson, Your company will have a bad image because of this kind of guy.

They are not aware of the priority seat for senior,pwd and pregnant women. They always let young and able to commute people to seat on the suppose to be priority seat.

Do the management permit to have an overload passengers... Nakatatayo na ang mga pasahero sa gitna... Bus nos. 0848.. The bus came from Lucena to Cuabao...
