A car accessory was sold and delivered to me without an OFFICIAL RECEIPT. When the accessory didn’t fit with my car, probably due to model incompatability, the agent refused refund and I can’t get back my cash because she lost the O.R.. For almost two years of claiming for my refund until now, take a guess, yeah you’re right, they failed to give my money back.

Very inefficient, unreliable service! They would entertain you well if you are looking at purchasing a car but if you are having your car serviced and has to have parts ordered, they forget the orders and keep you hanging!
