CrossFit Insurrecto

They say this is the second CrossFit box in the Philippines. I've tried many other boxes (5 to be exact), and been a member in another one before this, but CrossFit Insurrecto is the best so far. The coaches are really dedicated and they maintain a perfect balance between pushing you to your full potential and understanding that there are times when you need to take it light. They try hard to really know their athletes so that they can help them better. The athletes who go there are warm and welcoming too. Go ahead and have your free trial class: Weekdays 7:00 AM, 12:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30 PM and Saturdays 4:30 PM.

One of the best and friendliest gyms I have ever been to. The trainers are all skilled and very attentive. I love the diversity of the members. Even if you’re new, you don’t feel left out, and they make sure the workout does not intimidate you. The ladies here are all so strong!

The best box in town. I made great progress with them. They have extremely patient coaches who won't hesitate to scale down workouts for beginners. The classes aren't intimidating, and the community is very welcoming and supportive. Must visit!

It felt good going back to my home box in the Philippines after being away for some time due to out of the country commitments. There may be new faces in CrossFit Insurrecto, but the community stays the same—sociable, encouraging, and motivating. I am always thankful to all the coaches and members who have helped me reach my goal ever since I started doing CrossFit back in 2015. It has always been difficult for me to stick to a fitness regimen prior to doing CrossFit, but the community inside CrossFit Insurrecto helped me realize that I need to work on my #fitnessgoals to become healthier and stronger.
