Complete Fitness Katipunan

Started off good because of the amazing community but quality is slowly deteriorating because of lack of cleanliness and the attitude of some of the owners. Even restrooms are not well-maintained despite the lapse of considerable length of time. When members raised these concerns, however, their statements were shut down and the members were rudely evicted from the box by the owners. What's more disappointing is some members tolerating this kind of attitude. Still thankful for their kind and considerate admin Ate Kathy but the rest is meh.

I had the opportunity to workout and try crossfit in this box in Quezon City for more than a year. Although the box is quite spacious, the place needs alot of improvement in terms maintenance and cleanliness. The box could also improve its services if it were managed by responsible and humble owners. I made some good friends here though, sadly, some members tolerate rudeness and lack of respect. If you're looking for a community that embodies good camaraderie and kindness, this is not the place you can get it. Worst customer service and experience I had among all the fitness gyms and boxes I've been to for the past 10 years.

The place is super spacious and the coach we had is very amiable. It is also easy to go to the place. Near food joints and a convenience store. :)

Great CrossFit box. Well equipped. Friendly staff. Great cold brewed coffee.

Awesome place to sweat.
