Clean Room,Good A/C unit..Strong Water Supply..Nice and quiet

Quite decent rooms. Very accommodating owner. Accessible to either SM Rosales & SM Urdaneta. Along the highway. Very cheap for an overnight stay. With cable TV and A/c rooms. Only problem is no hot shower. If you brought your car and needed washing, you can leave your car @ the carwash shop beside it while you sleep and rest.

The owner is so kind and easy to deal with. We had a good night sleep.

I dont know where those good reviews come from. To be honest we didn't had a great experience in this place. The air conditioner didn't cool the room well, we tried borrowing an electric fan to no avail. There's also a weird smell in the room which is also not that thoroughly clean. Majority of the reviews says that the owner/landlord is maasikaso, could be true but his people/colleagues there were not. 👎
