After 4 or 5 days was able to get a response through email about booking issues and was solved will leave complete review after my stay

Cozy place to stay in Cagbalete and the only one with pool and jacuzzi. Staff were courteous but lacks warmth in the hospitality area. Foods were pricey while the menu shows just regular choices. Since this is under Queen Margarette, we were expecting a lot but it came short of our expectations. All in all, it's a great option while staying in the island.

We went there from May 12,2018 to May 13, 2018. There were only a few people so we were able to enjoy the amenities by ourselves, solely. This is the best we have picked from searching from online hotels at Cagbalete. The place was nice, clean and still with nature. The cottage we stayed was cozy but somewhat warm in noon though it has an air-conditioner. But it is fine for a weather in the Philippines. The window lock is broken so we tell it to the staff but they didn't fix it and we just put an improvised lock and a metal that will make noise once the window is opened. Though we were worried, we didn't lose anything. The food is okay. They also offer drinks and refreshments and are also fine. At night, there were fire dancers while we eat and drink. We will definitely go back here.

Upside 1. Crew are very warm, courteous, friendly, accomodating and always has a smile on their face 2. Beds are very comfortable 3. Relaxing ambience 4. Clean 5. Good food Downside 1. Service at the restaurant starts at 7am. How about the early risers who wants to have a coffee? 2. The Male Manager (i think he is the manager because everyone calls him sir) is not guest friendly. He doesnt know how to accomodate request/s and inquiries of the guest/s. 3. Maybe they should enphasize on their site that outside drinks and food have a corkage ( im not sure if i just missed it). 4. Electricity and water supply is being cut (in the first place -why?) without informing the guest/s.
