Appalling lack of medical care and lack of knowledge and compassion from staff. Staff refused to remove a tube from my father-in-law's wind pipe. They are making my brother in law do it. This is a medically trained persons job job. They also tried to perform an unnecessary blood transfusion. Charging nearly P60,00 per day for ICU that is not required. They seem to be more concerned with profits than patient care. This place does not even deserve one star

Worst hospital ever. Don't waste your time, effort and money to this hospital. Very unprofessional, incompetent and worst of all, very inconsistent. They will give you time for your doctor's appointment but sadly the doctor will arrive after 2-3 hours. Sometimes they will never come. Laboratory is not always available. Very expensive but very poor service. I'm not recommending this hospital. Very dirty, smells bad, especially the washrooms, staffs are rude. Only the security guard had manners.

Doctors here arrived so late and staff are so slow to accomodate you. Had to wait and sit uncomfortably for how many hours on their waiting area. Pricey yet low quality service. Will not recommend.
